Returns
• Bespoke units made to your specifications can not be returned. Defects caused by Convert To Camper will be rectified or replaced.
• Returning goods that are faulty or incorrect, no collection fee will be charged.
Our liability
In the event of any unforeseen circumstances (including without limitation lorry breakdown,machine breakdown, technical issues, traffic accident, major traffic delays or severe weather) we will do our best to contact you to rearrange an alternative delivery time slot or date. We will not be responsible for any losses incurred due to a delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control.
Delivery Arrangements
• The purchaser is responsible for giving the correct delivery address. Please get In contact as soon as possible if you believe there is an issue with your delivery address. We shall not be liable in respect of any delay as a result of any act or omission by you.
• If the purchase enters an incorrect address and the parcel is sent back to us. The purchaser will have to pay for a redelivery to receive their purchase.
• On delivery you are responsible for checking the number of parcels sent are correct, that the delivery of goods has not caused any damage to your property, that items are delivered “free of visible damage”. If there is obvious damage or items missing/incorrect, you should record this on the delivery note.
Damaged items
• If items within the packaging are faulty or damaged (whether before or during delivery), you shall notify Convert To Camper customer of such fault or damage as soon as possible after delivery quoting your order number. We require images to be emailed to help identify the parts that require replacing. Damaged or missing part will be sent free of charge. Any part damaged by the customer can be replace at a cost to the customer.
• Any damaged product/package must be retained for inspection at a later date. Should you dispose of any damaged product/package before we have had the opportunity to inspect it, then this could affect any claim for replacement.
• We will not accept responsibility for any items that are damaged during the delivery process to the extent that such damage is your fault.
Finishing our products
• The finishing on our furniture is required on some no built items. Laminated edges can be sharp so care is to be taken when handling. We recommend to carefully sand the edges to remove any sharp edges.
• All kits will need finishing on the edges, this will require some sanding.
• Plain ply will vary fro batch to batch and may potentially require filling as well a general finishing sanding.
• Pain ply can vary in quality with varying plugs, knots and patches in the faces.
